With over 10 years of licensed teaching experience, and a lifetime of competitive training, Katherine provides structured, supportive Irish dance classes for kids, teens, beginners, and adults across Alberta.

Meet Katherine Quirke
Licensed Irish Dance Teacher (TCRG)
Katherine was an Open Championship competitor for over 10 years and a 4-time Western Canadian Champion. She qualified to represent Western Canada at the World Championships for 10 years, competing at the highest level of Irish dance.
Her competitive highlights include:
- Recalling at the World Championships
- Placing at the All Irelands
- Top 10 at the North American Championships (two consecutive years)
- Top 15 at North Americans for five consecutive years
- Performing on international dance tours in New Zealand
- Dancing professionally with a North American tour company based out of Chicago and Seattle
Katherine is a certified TCRG and registered with:
- The Irish Dancing Commission (CLRG)
- The Western Canadian Irish Dance Teachers Association (WCIDTA)
- The Irish Dance Teachers Association of North America (IDTANA)
Her teaching combines world-level experience with a genuine passion for helping beginners and advanced dancers alike develop strong fundamentals and long-term skills.
